When you sign up for our service, we ask for your telephone number(s) and other information to make our services possible. We may also collect, but not retain, other information that you may provide to us or our billing partners to pay for and complete monetary transactions.
During normal use of our telephony services, we collect information about phone calls that pass through our network. This information is kept to provide users call detail records. The only method of viewing this information is through our website. We do not provide information via phone, fax, written or other methods to achieve the highest amount of security and privacy possible. Only with a judge-signed official federal, state or local subpoena will we release these records.
Some of our features require emails to be sent to email address(es) provided by you when certain events occur related to your account, such as delivery of voicemail notifications. We may deliver third-party information and avertisements to you at the same time. We do not provide personally identifiable information to any third parties.
If you use our telephony services for outbound calling, your caller id information might be transmitted to the called party unless you specifically tell us to not transmit such information. In certain circmstances, however, it might not be possible to block transmittal of your caller id due to technology constraints, so we advise you to use your phone company's caller id blocking features before calling calling our service when privacy is of the utmost importance.
Third-Party information
Some of our features, like eBay services, require us to handle private data about your relationship with such third parties. When such handling is required, we specifically do not store any of your personal information such as passwords on our computers. We will not ask you for your password on third-party sites. When such information is required in order for us to act on your behalf, we use tokens provided by the third-party after you specifically authorize the third-party to send us that token.
Your phone number
When you enter your phone number on any of our pages, we will not share that number with any other entity unless you specifically authorize us to do so.
We may send you occasional email messages advising you or new or improved services or specific information pertaining to your account with us. These mailings will not be delivered more often than 1-3 times per month, usually less.
Phone numbers publicly listed on this website will not be shared with other organizations except through websites and printed Directories. Store customers' and other registered users' phone numbers will be used only for customer service (this includes calling you about your listing on this website). We will never give your private phone number to someone outside of our organization (unless we know through other contact with you that you are interested in community networking calls).
We do not share email addresses, but we may occasionally do a special emailing to our list for a like-minded outside organization.
